Abstract:

The document, drawn by The Association of British Insurers and partners, gives an overview of possible regional and local threats and impacts of coastal flooding, in order to provide an appropriate response from insurance companies. The document looks at possible emergency scenarios caused by climate change, sea lever rise and North Sea Storm Surges, It thes asseses the possible effects and costs at a regional and local level, for both organisations and individuals.
