Project Management Team

Project Management TeamThe day-to-day financial administrative work including the interim- and final reports to the INTERREG IIIb NSR Secretariat will be carried out by the Project Management Team (PMT) of the Lead Partner. The PMT consists of the Project Manager, the Financial Manager and the Project Secretariat. The day-to-day management is situated at the Lead Partner’s office at the Province of Zeeland in Middelburg. The PMT is responsible for the overall management and the financial management of the project and has an important role in monitoring, budgetary control and audits on financial and administrative procedures.
The PMT furthermore will coordinate the project communication and dissemination of the project’s results.
All partners will be responsible for providing input in relation to the communication and dissemination activities.
