The Steering Committee is the executive body of the project and will consists of at least one contact person per partner, including the chairmen of the working committees, the Project Manager and the Financial Manager of the project.
The Steering Committee will be chaired by the Lead Partner.
The Steering Committee will meet twice a year and is responsible for all strategic decisions or alterations in the project, and will supervise the overall progress of the project.
